Suppliers
Here is a list of suppliers I have used and find that they are reliable and reasonable priced too!

Dalston Mill Fabric
dalstonmillfabrics.co.uk
This is where I buy my luck dip denim bundles. You get 8 meters of denim in approximately 2 meter lengths (so 4 pieces) for £30 plus postage. It’s called lucky Dip because the colours are random, mainly dark blue and black.

Fab Works
fabworks.co.uk
A great fabric warehouse in Dewsbury, West Yorkshire.

Mill Creations
millcreations.co.uk
A great shop for fabrics and also a reseller for Brother sewing machines and over lockers.
They also do the School of Sew, where I got the sewing bug after just ONE lesson. More here:

Wardrobe by Me
wardrobebyme.com
This is where it started for me. A great website where you can order paper patterns but also PDF patterns that you print out yourself.
The PDF patterns are in a range of sizes and all come with a very good guide book.
They also have “how-to” videos for most of their patterns on YouTube.

School of SEW
schoolofsew.com
The School of Sew is based in the mill complex where the BBC films The Great British Sewing Bee. It is part of Mill Creations shop listed above. The school offers a range of sewing experiences in small groups of no more than 6 people.
